Handy MAPs requires all payments to be made immediately upon completion of a project. IF a project is running through to the next week we will submit an invoice for the completed week (ending Sunday). Our rates are determined by TIME AND MATERIALS ONLY. In the event your satisfaction has not been met you may always end a project at any time but agree to pay for ANY labor and materials up to that point. Handy MAPs is not a contractor service, therefore we do not perform bids nor enter into written contracts. Deposits may be negotiated on some projects to help me provide supplies for a project.
